Ahwatukee Recreation Center HOA 2021 Assessment Information

The 2021 Annual Assessment will be $628.00.  The Assessment is applied on an annual basis and billed in one installment, due January 31st, 2021. Invoices will be mailed on December 31st, 2020.

The ARC Annual Assessment may be split into three payments.  The installments are due January 31st, February 28th and March 31st.  To be eligible to make payments, the first installment must be received by January 31st.   Payment Packets are not required. You may call the ARC Front Desk to request a Payment Packet to be mailed to you.

Three Ways to Pay Your Assessment:

1)  Mail check or money order in the enclosed return envelope. Write your lot number on check, which can be found on the invoice.

2) Bill-pay through your banking institution. Please reference lot number.

3). On-line through the ARC website.  There are no fees for paying by bank draft (enter check routing and account number).

  • Visit www.arcaz.net; select ‘Login’ and enter username and pass  word. (Register for a member account when logging in for the first time).
  • Under ‘Members Only’, select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts.
  • Please note you may also pay using a credit or debit card; however  there are third party transaction fees.

Please inform the ARC Front Desk of address changes to ensure you will receive your invoice in a timely manner.
