Three Ways to Pay Assessment:

1.      Mail check in return envelope to PO Box. This will deliver check directly to the ARC bank lockbox. This is the preferred method.

2.      Hand carry to ARC front desk. This method will delay processing.

3.      Pay online with Paylease. Please note third party fees apply. Check arcaz.net for more information.

Other Assessment Information:

1.      Please allow up to two weeks to process payment.

2.      Assessment may be split into three payments. Due dates are: January 31, February 28 & March 31, 2019.

3.      Call the ARC at 480-893-2549 if you have any questions.

-Communication & compliance are the keys to avoiding unnecessary charges.

-A claim of not receiving an invoice by mail is not a sufficient reason to have the charge waived.
