2019 ARC HOA Assessment Information

 
The 2019 ARC Annual Assessment is $616.00. Due January 31, 2019. 
   The Assessment is applied on an annual basis and billed in one installment.

Assessment Payment Schedule:

 

January 31st

  • Assessment is due;
  • 3 payments may be made. A minimum of $206.00 must be received by this date.

February 1st

  • A $20.00 late fee will be applied to account, if a minimum payment of $206.00 has not been received. This fee cannot be waived.

February 28th

  • 2nd payment of $205.00 is due.

March 31st

  • Final payment of $205.00 is due.
  • Assessment must be paid in full.
  • Additional charges accrue if collection efforts are initiated.

Note:  A delinquent account shall bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum.

 

Three Ways to Pay ARC Assessment:

 

  • Mail check in the enclosed return envelope. This is the preferred method.

PO Box 29426, Phoenix, AZ 85038-9426. 

The check will be delivered directly to the ARC bank lock box.

Write lot number on check, which can be found on the invoice.

Additional return envelopes and payment coupons (not required) are available from the Front Desk.

 

  • Hand-carry to the ARC Front Desk:  this method will delay processing. The check will be forwarded by mail to the lockbox.

 

  • Pay online through the ARC website.  Third party fees apply for credit or debit card payments. No fees for paying by E-Check (bank draft).

Visit www.arcaz.net and select ‘Login’ to access the ‘Members Only’ webpages. 

Register for a user account if you have not logged in during the previous six months.

Enter user name and password.

Under ‘Members Only’, select ‘My Account’ from the drop down menu and follow the prompts.

*A claim of non-use of the ARC facilities or not receiving an invoice is not sufficient reason to have delinquent fees waived. Please refer to the ARC CC&Rs and Bylaws for homeowner contractual obligations.

*If you are experiencing financial hardship and need assistance with a payment plan, please contact the ARC Business Office to make payment arrangements prior to due dates. Attention to due dates and communication are the keys to avoiding late fees.
