UPDATE ON ARC OPENINGS

On August 17, the Board of Directors met in an emergency meeting to discuss opening some
areas at the ARC. The information on COVID -19 and the response to it keeps evolving. Thus,
the ARC Board continues to stay current in terms of governmental orders and facts, and what
can be done for ARC members. With the recent downturn in COVID-19 numbers our previous
Plan 1B has been replaced with Plan 1C. Pursuit to Governor Ducey’s guidelines we asked
that members observe the maximum room occupancy as posted. You are using this facility at
your own risk. If members are not following guidelines, the ARC may be forced to close the
building. Our main focus is keeping our members safe.
