The ARC is Closed at this time

In order to do our part to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ahwatukee Recreation Center closed on March 17, 2020.  Since this time the Coronavirus situation has continued to evolve.  Instead of engaging in activities at the Ahwatukee Recreation Center, many of us have stayed glued to our televisions and computers waiting for the latest updated on COVID-19.  At times this news can be overwhelming as we are all at home practicing social distancing.

In order to follow CDC guidelines the Ahwatukee Recreation Center will remain closed until May 1, 2020.  The Board will continue to monitor information about the COVID-19 virus to determine the best course of action for our facility and the ARC community.

Until the ARC can reopen, members are encouraged to take precautions to protect themselves which includes keeping space between yourself and others, avoiding crowds, washing your hands frequently and staying home as much as possible.  Members are also encouraged to remember that they are not alone.  We are all in this together, and I look forward to when I can see you again at the Ahwatukee Recreation Center.
